That's Jean Arthur? Looks more like Barbara Stanwyck from Bitter Tea of General Yen.
Looks like Jean Arthur to me. No mistaking that nose and chin. Definitely not Stanwyck. Take a look at the photo in IMDB at http://www.imdb.com/media/rm1382389760/nm0000795.This pic could be from The Mysterious Dr. Fu Manchu.
