She looks a lot like the illustrations that Pelagie Doane would do in the 1930s for the Judy Bolton mystery series, written by Margaret Sutton from Pennsylvania. I looked at this and thought "It's Judy!"
Thanks for unearthing this. What was ABC Magazine?

I never heard of Pelagie Doane, I must look her up! ABC was a Portuguese magazine of the time. I don't know what it was about, though, I assume it must have been mostly about entertainment.
